I am an operations and sales professional with over 20 years’ experience as CEO, VP of Operations, Regional VP of Sales, Regional Director of Operations & Sales, and National Sales Trainer.


My leadership experience in senior living includes high-end luxury Entrance Fee, Co-op, Life Care, and Fee for Service Continuum of Care Retirement Communities, as well as rental Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.  I have successfully managed P&L in portfolios with up to 60 communities by identifying lead performance indicators that apply to both the industry and specific company goals. My overall goal is to maximize profits in order to expand and develop relationships with owner groups.
